Framed Prints (Physical Products)

Our prints will come framed, printed on an enhanced giclée matte poster. This museum-quality Epson matte paper will give your print a polished look. The frame is an alder, semi-hardwood frame with an acrylite front protector the is lightweight. Hanging hardware is also included

LUTs & Presets (Digital Products)

Our LUTs and presets are custom made for each device to get the described look and feel of the image or video you would like to use them on. Please make sure you get the right product for your recording device to get the desired effect.

 
 

Ordering

 

Payment Options

We offer secure online payment through PayPal. You can pay with an existing PayPal account if you have one, or you can chose to pay as a none PayPal account holder by completing your credit card information and your payment will be processed through PayPal’s secure payment portal.

Order Modification and Cancellation

For physical products, you can cancel or modify orders before they are processed. Once an order has been processed no modifications can be made as your order would have already been made for you as all orders are made on demand.

For Digital products, once an order is placed it can’t be modified or cancelled as access to the digital product would have already been accessed as those are processed instantly.

Does the image on your side accurately represent the product I will receive?

This applies to physical products, the answer is generally yes. The only differences that you might notice are very minor crops on the edges of the image depending on the resizing the would be needed to fit within your ordered frame size.

 
 

Shipping

 

What shipping providers do you use?

Depending on the destination country and products ordered we will use different shipping partners, those include: FedEx, Latvijas Pasts, DHL, USPS and dpd.

How long does it take to get my order?

For physical products, it will depend on the product ordered and the country of destination. On average it takes around 2 to 5 working days to prepare your order as its created on demand specifically for you, then it usually takes 4 to 6 working days to ship to you. In some cases it might take 10 to 20 working days depending on your country and shipping provider used.

Estimated Shipping Times per region:

US - 3 to 4 working days

Canada - 6 to 10 working days

Australia - 12 to 14 working days

Rest of the World - 8 to 14 working days

For digital download products, the ability to get access to your ordered products is instant.  

How are my shipping rates calculated?

For physical products, the shipping rate is calculated based on country of delivery, dimensions of the ordered product and the quantity of items ordered. The rates will be automatically calculated and showed to you on the checkout page.

For digital products, there is no shipping cost involved as there are no physical orders to ship.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, we won't take responsibility in reship that order.

Why is my country not in the shipping options

We do our best to accommodate as many countries as we can but are limited with our suppliers and the countries they can deliver to. We update our country list whenever a new region is added by our suppliers, so please do visit us again in the future.

Customs & Clearance

Depending on your country additional charges might apply for clearance and customs, please note that those are charges implemented by each country and we are not involved in this process. Please check with you local clearance and customs provider on those charges and any processes or limitations that might apply. We can’t take responsibility nor do we account for those charges during your order.

 
 

Returns & Refunds

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to our printing facility. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If our facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Notification for EU consumers

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserves rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

Refunds

For physical products, once your order has been processed we wont be able to provide a refund as all products are made to order and once the order status has moved to processed no refunds can be made.

For digital products, we cant offer refunds as access to the digital products gets granted instantly.
